Tara Strong (born Tara Lyn Charendoff February 12, 1973) is a Canadian-born American voice actress. She is known mainly for a great body of voice work in modern American television animation. She was born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She voices from young boys to girly girls or women. Her very few anime roles include voices in Sailor Moon and Princess Mononoke. She is better known by her Rikku voice in Final Fantasy X-2.
