Tom Hughes

Decided he wanted to be an actor after playing Mr. Fox in a primary school production of Fantastic Mr. Fox at the age of 7. Attended the Liverpool Everyman Youth Theatre group. He was a member of the Cheshire Youth Theatre in Cheshire and the Jigsaw Music Theatre Company in London. Played guitar in his father's band Safehouse and the indie band Quaintways. Modelled for Burberry. Was nominated for a BIFA Award for Most Promising Newcomer in 2010 for his role in Sweet Nothings at the Old Vic. In 2011, was named one of the 42 BAFTA Brits to Watch. First appeared as Prince Albert in the ITV drama series Victoria in 2016. Starred in the film Red Joan with Judy Dench in 2019.
