Everything about this screams second feature in an off season theatrical week: the plot, the script, the direction, the actors, second-class treatment all around, but how often does one get to see Walter Brennan play Walter Brennan in a starring position? Expect plenty of "dag-nabbits" and "tarnations!" Its more cute (like a purse dog) than anything else.
