Will disappoint even the most undiscerning viewer.
Kemp tries to be butch, with his grey slicked-back hair and war-worn features, but somehow you expect him to pick up his bass guitar and break into True or Gold. The rest of the acting is exceptionally wooden.
This is truly terrible: a cost-cutting British action thriller with clunky script, wooden acting, uncertain directing, cheapo-looking interiors and the most outrageously obvious and rubbish "twist" reveal at the end.
An ineffectual muddle of would-be ticking-clock suspense and blustery, ill-focused comment.
A film that fancies itself smarter than it is, but ultimately comes up short in all areas.
Age Of Kill isn't just Taken, it's outright theft.
