Movie Info
A Vietnam vet turned drifter encounters distrust and suspicion when he wanders into a small Kansas town in this drama. Despite his cold reception, the drifter dedicates himself to repairing a rusty, long-neglected carousel that lies at the center of town, and he gradually wins over his new neighbors.
