Slapstick auteur Del Lord (dozens of Mack Sennett and Three Stooges shorts) directs light comedian Glenn Tryon as an impoverished, young suitor who seeks to impress sweetheart Merna Kennedy by helping her restore a decrepit resort hotel. The storyline of this silent was later reused by Joe E. Brown in WIDE OPEN FACES (1938).
