This is much better than Son of Batman. It introduces the court of owls and returns them as being the organization that killed the Wayne's. This also sets up the relationship between Bruce and Damian as more of father and son.

Taking the title and conceit of one comic arc and the plot of another, it doesn't manage to recreate the atmosphere of either of those (very different) tales, but the way it weaves the Court of Owls into the battle for Damian (Robin)'s soul is a clever way to further his arc from the last DC animated movie. Indeed, this is easily the strongest of this current run of interconnected movies, so far, because it focuses on the characters and their relationships in the dysfunctional bat-family, rather than action. This not only means it's actually about something, but we care more about the fighting when our heroes are involved in it. Some of these movies have also misjudged their characters, this time they all get their due, Damian's portrayal is particularly well-done, the writing and voice-acting both improving from his last appearance. Through its heart and its humour, the film is revealed to have as much soul as Damian does.

This film is part of a three film trilogy about Batman and Damien Wayne (his son, the new robin) in this I believe the question of morality is large. without spoiling to much the court of owls (my favitoute Dc group after the league of shadows) are in it and are portrayed perfectly( just like the comics).

Possibly one of the finest superhero movies yet. A movie that explores further into the unsteady relationship between father and son.

Partially basing one of their animated movies on the "Court of Owls" storyline by Scott Snyder and Greg Capullo seems like a no-brainer. While it's missing some interesting elements from that series, enough of it was kept to make an incredibly interesting movie. The animation is very good, but I do not care for Jason O'Mara as Batman. While it was nice to hear Kevin Conroy as Thomas Wayne, I'd much rather hear him as Bruce. I've enjoyed most voices for Batman, but O'Mara has now done 4 movies, with a 5th one to be released in 2016. It's enough.

A surprising step up from the first, Batman vs Robin does its storyline justice even when it can't prove newcomer villains as a capable foil.

The title is very misleading which leads to quick disappointment to fans of the Grant Morrison story of the same title, as it doesnt actually share any of the original story... the movie focusing on Bruce and Damian butting heads while fighting the court of owls, while the GN is Dick and Damian surviving Prof Pyg's reign of terror. Was an ok animation, but wasn't what it could have been.

Fun movie for the whole family

Like many in this vein it's ok, if you're a fan. Damian is not my favourite character.

Batman and Robin fight over whether they should beat up bad guys or stab bad guys. Then they team up to fight zombie ninjas.

With a plot that deals with a number of ethical and moral issues, specifically questions concerning fatherhood, as well as whether the ends ever justify the means, 'Batman vs. Robin' is another good offering from DC with an appropriately dark and gritty tone. Unfortunately, it doesn't delve very deep in looking for the answers, opting to focus more on the action than the dilemma of the characters and how they are affected. Add to that the fact that the secret society storyline is also somewhat neglected due to there simply not being enough time, and you get a film that feels like it never reached its full potential. That being said, the interesting story and the abundance of fast-paced, violent action sequences will be enough to satisfy many fans of The Dark Knight.

This was a pretty good animated movie. I found it better than Son of Batman. The voice cast was great. The story was compelling. It showed Damian Wayne questioning his father's ways. I liked Talon. Some problems I had were things like the continuous interest. I wasn't in it through the entire thing. I was in it for most though. The kid we're supposed to love came off to be a major brat. Not bad for an animated film.

This is a sequel to a first movie that was...good but not really wining any special awards at any time. This is why Batman vs Robin is a great film, because it does everything a good sequel should do. It ups everything. It's darker, the voice actors are much better and the movie actually has legitimately great themes to it. Themes of identity especially with Damian and even Bruce at one point. What can I say, I'm a sucker for a good Batman film and this is not only a great one but a greatly underrated one. Check it out . You won't be disappointed

Badly handled characters and wastes the amazing oppertunity to adapt the incredible court of owls story line

This could of been the next red hood movie, if they would of stuck to just one story, but instead they shove all these storys all together instead of focusing on batman and the owls. Court of owls /night of the owls was a great stoty and would of been fine on its own, but they just shoved all these other plots in and it just didn't work. They even took some of the best scenes from the book and cheapened them, like making that intense amazing maze part of the story and turning into a quick drugged dream thing.

The on screen appearance of the Court of Owls finally is brought to light. Batman finds his son, Damien, drawn to the power of the Court. Offering him influence and power that he once had as the right hand of Ras Al Ghul. The story that is told is one that is interesting and compelling to the viewer. Voice work and animation is impeccable.
