The movie bites off about two more genres than it can chew, and never quite works as anything.
Darktown is for anyone who saw Blazing Saddles and thought, "Are there any other movies that do this?" With Frankie Crocker, The Dramatics and Dick Miller!

While watching this I kept asking myself, "is this really a movie?". Unfortunately it is a movie. Who knows what the plot or storyline is, I had no idea, and there didn't seem to even be one. This movie is incredibly stupid.
