Think Animal House meets the Revenge of the Nerds and you have the essence of H.O.T.S.' plot.
The personas and the shenanigans are utterly brainless, serving solely to transition, gawkily, from one carnal display to the next.

Purely a fun movie that looked for any excuse to show a couple of former Playboy Playmates to run around topless, especially the "Strip" football game at the end.
