Deanna Durbin who has latterly played truant from sweet society, returns to her traditionally winsome self in Universal's carefully tailored comedy.
It's nothing more than a genial diversion.
A remake of the 1935 Margaret Sullavan vehicle The Good Fairy, which was also penned by this film's writer, Sturges, who, unfortunately, added nothing new to this version.
