I know Price probably welcomed a change from all the horror movies he'd been doing, but why a western? He's the only good actor in the movie too. The story is okay, but it's been done before in better movies, so it's entirely too predictable. The only reason to see this movie is if you either like bad westerns or just want to see Price in another movie.
