"Larry Flynt for President" tells a story so wild that the documentary plays as a succulent time machine of sordid 1980s mishegas.
Nadia Szold's film, among other things, shows that free speech activists aren't what they used to be.
I'd have voted for him three times if I could.
At times as gaudy as Flynt's gold-plated wheelchair, it also depicts the dream of a country that refuses to sit down and remain silent.
