In this Canadian psychological thriller, a brother and his adopted stepbrother begin a torturous journey to discover the latter's biological father. The two brothers travel to Quebec City, where Alfred Hitchcock is in the process of filming I Confess. Clips from real Hitchcock films are interspersed between the two stories.

Lothaire Bluteau and Robert Lepage team up for the first time since Jesus of Montreal (I believe) and produce this very interesting take on the Quebec City that Alfred Hitchcock once knew. Lepage is a genius that unfortunately no one in English Canada seems to know.
