Movie Info
In this romantic, Oscar-nominated musical, a successful movie star sends her teenage daughter to a Swiss boarding school to conceal her true age. The daughter copes with the sudden change by dreaming up a dashing, globe-trotting father. Her new friends are enthralled by her exciting descriptions of "daddy's adventures," but eventually get skeptical and demand to meet this marvelous man. The poor girl must then scramble to find the right man to fill the bill. He turns out to be a big-hearted British composers.
