[Sam Levinson] makes tangible many ideas that would have otherwise remained trapped in the characters' dialogues, and it's because of details like this that I believe the film works. [Full review in Spanish]

More than anything else, Malcolm & Marie is let down by its writing. There are moments, entire scenes, really, where Levinson allows himself some truly gratuitous self-indulgence that squanders any sense of atmosphere or narrative flow.
