The horror is hobbled by the lame performances, dodgy editing, and careless world-building to the point that Ouija House's few thrills feel like thankful reprieves.
There's no rhyme nor reason for the characters to speak and/or act other than to further the plot... the conclusion makes even less sense than the uninspired setup, satisfying no one and making viewers question their life choices.
