Based on a popular radio game show in which people did silly or embarrassing things in order to win prizes, this lively comedy centers upon a pair of radio producers, both of whom have come up with similar ideas for a show to convince a major sponsor to exclusively back their efforts.

Audience Reviews for People Are Funny

A small town radio show that featured local talent gets bought up by big city promoters and changed into one of those gimmicky faux talent shows where you get on (and possibly famous) if you allow them to make fun of you. In the meantime there"s a couple of musical numbers that try to pretend the gruesome spectacle is all in a good time. There is talent present, but this is a forgotten work with good reason.
