Movie Info

The 40th president of the United States, Ronald Reagan (played here by James Brolin), and his wife Nancy (Judy Davis) are the subjects of this biopic that aired amid great controversy as a 3-hour presentation on the Showtime network in 2003. Is "The Reagans" a hatchet job? Yeah, a little.

Audience Reviews for The Reagans

What's disappointing is that the Reagan presidency could make a potentially great film or miniseries(You've got crazy Nancy, corruption, folksy anti-intellectualism), but this one is awful. It basically just the whole history on fast-forward and I can't tell what the makers are trying to say about Reagan or his presidency.
