The tyranny of the leaders of the French Revolution becomes increasingly apparent and so something must be done. the Pimpernel, a master of disguise, sneaks once again into a turbulent and dangerous Paris to interject some common sense but there's a cadre of soldiers waiting to correct his misconception.
