Movie Info

This electrifying documentary chronicles the career of WWE star Rey Mysterio. Relive the masked wrestler's rise to the top, from his childhood all the way up to his match against Matt Hardy at WrestleMania XIX in 2003. And while fans will get a never-before-seen look at the incomparable Rey, they won't get a peek at his face; this program stays true to his trademark mystique. Audience Reviews for Rey Mysterio: 619

Decent compilations about Rey, but it could've been a lot better. They don't spend as much time on his WCW career as they could've, choosing to ignore a huge chunk of it because of his unmasking. Staying true to his masked gimmick is one thing, but when you try to screw over his fans from a part of his career that they followed before and knew existed...that's garbage. If you're gonna go all out and do something on Mysterio, grab ALL his footage and don't ignore the period he wrestled without his mask. Big disappointment.
