Not much plot but plenty of dancing is the fare here, as the lead guy (Robby Rosa) is out to show he's the Travolta of the Latino swing scene.

Nada story, nada and laughable dialogue, and whatever salsa there may have been (in the bailes, in the musica) is wasted by a distant camera, as distant as a turista' s gaze upon our exotic raza.

One of my favorite 80's movies! Loved the music and dancing, with great music. Fun back in the day movie, when Salsa was it. :D Kenny Ortega is the choreographer to this cool dance movie.
