Without having seen every western ever made... I can confidently put forward the Walt Disney production Scandalous John as the most boring.
Directed with modest competence by David Butler, it is a slightly bizarre piece of philosophy to emerge from the Disney organization.
I record my enjoyment of that marvelous, unsung actor Brian Keith playing the title role in Scandalous John.
Tedious.
Unfortunately the direction slips into slapstick routines a bit too often in its quest for laughs.
