An unlovable pileup of quirky contrivances.
States tries. States has potential. Zach Gayne's road movie has the inks, it has the crossovers, but nothing happens and no overall picture emerges.
States is like sitting in a car with a broken radio that abruptly changes channels every three minutes, with no rhyme, reason, or rhythm.
If you can get through this scattered amateur film, you must be smoking good weed.
