Movie Info

Featuring plenty of sharp social comments, this comedy is set in a Scottish village and centers on the fate of a single sheepdog. The canine in question is owned by an impoverished widow who refuses to license him. This angers the town magistrate who insists the dog be licensed, or else. Matters really heat up when a reporter decides to publish the details of the dispute.

Audience Reviews for Storm in a Teacup

Aptly titled little bit of silliness with winning performances from its cast of future stars.
