The sadistic Dr. Feinstone returns in this chilling horror outing. The terror begins when the mad dentist escapes from a mental institution and flees to the little town of Paradise. A stranger, Feinstone murders the town dentist and then sets up his own practice. At first things go smoothly, and the doctor does good work, but before long, the old desire to do evil resurfaces, and soon cavities are the least of the townspeoples' worries.
