In this English comedy, free-spirited American Belinda is married to a stuffy English man. Every day she leaves their London apartment to go sightseeing. Shaffer has adapted his own play for the screen. His dialog doesn't work as well but there are long, long silent stretches involving Topol and Miss Farrow that do work.
