A nice little thriller to warm you up on the weekend.
A well organized thriller that just ratcheted up tension in the right way.
The ending is savage, but the real surprise is in the performance of Butler.
An intriguing and effective mystery, with some fine performances which help build the suspense. A flat script lets the film down, but there's more than enough to enjoy here.
It's a very powerfully performed, intimate piece, perhaps inspired at some level by the classic adventure The Treasure of the Sierra Madre.
The movie is phenomenally well made and the three actors who fall apart on our watch suffer magnificently.
