The Way of All Flesh (1940)

Movie Info
In this drama, an innocent and honest businessman travels to the big city and loses everything. Many years pass and his hometown family and friends believe him dead. But one day he suddenly returns to the country home where he left his wife and kids. Though they are older, they have not forgotten him. The story is based on a semi-autobiographical novel by Samuel Butler.
