While the first few sequences, devoted to character identification, are rather slow, the remainder of the picture moves with surprising speed, in which action and dialogue are nicely balanced.
Armetta in his usual role of the harassed barber spreads himself all over this one and gets a lot of laughs. May Robson, when not reading aloud out of newspapers, is effective as the richest lady in the world...
It all works out nicely.
