Movie Info

This touching but realistic drama, is set at Culver Military Academy and centers on one young boy who must pull himself together after receiving some terrible news. Everyone, including the boy, believes that his father died heroically during the war, and to compensate, the American Legion pays his tuition to the prestigious school. When the boy learns that his father was really a deserter, he is devastated and gets into considerable trouble until his schoolmates intervene and help him get his father honorably discharged.
