The modern romantic adventure displayed here is hardly as impressive as the monuments of the ancient civilization against which it is played.
The backgrounds offer more freshness to the film than does the routine story.
Vacuous excavation yarn set in 1900 Egypt.
Apart from the majestic musical score by Miklos Rozsa, there's not much to recommend this archaeological adventure.

This is most certianly an underrated movie, I am really also guessing by Flixsters 17% of users liking, or it could be that maybe they never saw it, and choose niether too ever watch at all, When In fact they should, case it is actually pretty good.
