Movie Info

Eric Tsang Chi-wai and Dick Cho Kin-nam spin this critically panned comedy about the trials of the Vamp family, the last vampire family to live in China. Set in Hong Kong, the Vamp clan is losing their otherworldly powers with each successive generation. In fact, David (played by pop star Jimmy Lin Chi-ying) is a med student who has no trouble adapting to the world of the living -- he can walk around during the day and he's not partial to blood. Things change for the lad when he meets the beautiful orderly Julie (Athena Chu Yu) and finds that his fangs suddenly sprout when he gets sexually aroused. Meanwhile his sister Tong (Alvina Kong Yan-yin) is considering losing her virginity but finds that she too has a similar problem with protruding incisors along with a corresponding lust for blood. Sandra Ng Kwan-yu, Dicky Cheung Wai-kin, and director Eric Tsang also star in this film. ~ Jonathan Crow, Rovi
