Another Walking Tall movie with Kevin Sorbo which played in the 2nd aswell. Its a decent action movie and this time he must deal with a drug lord. These movies are no big hits but watchable if u are out of action movies..

Now they're just abusing the "Walking Tall" franchise. It's one thing to re-boot a classic, somewhat factual biopic of a Tennessee lawman with a former professional wrestler. It's another to launch an unrelated sequel to a re-boot that is unrelated to its source material. Going so far as to produce a sequel to a sequel to a re-boot that is unrelated to its source material may be unprecedented in movie history. This movie isn't bad, it's just really inconsistent. Maybe someone will finally get back to telling the true story of Buford Pusser.

Below average action movie that I only watched because of Kevin Sorbo. What kept me watching was the odd combination of both high and low production values, as well as the incredibly campy song choices during the action scenes. It alternates at times between committing to camp or to drama, and the result is incredible to watch at times. In the end though, it decisively walks upon the line of mediocrity. About the level of a Seagal flick.

Typical that doesn't thrill. The characters are stereotyped and the acting is dull.

Not bad Direct-to-DVD crime film. Not sure it really fits to the Walking Tall brand, but moves along briskly and doesn't take itself too seriously.

The updated 'Walking Tall' starring Dwayne Johnson was an average film, but this is really quite pointless - a tired storyline and little action to speak of - at least i wont have to sit through it again!

Don't be fooled by the films plot or poster, there is very little action to speak of and what is present is really bland. I really wanted to like this movie but it was like the filmmakers couldn't decide what type of film they wanted to make. One mintue someones finger is being graphically cut off and the next is filled with campy attempts at humor. In a world full of critics and audiences whining about every thing in films,I try to enoy movies as a standlone experience annd take them for what they're worth in their own right. Seeing as how I'm not a professional actor I also try not to overly criticize an actors or actresses performance though the acting in this film isn't the problem.

walking tall:lone jusitce is the third installment to the walking tall series. i enjoyed the first very much but these films lead by kevin sorbo seem very cheesy with terrible dialogue. surprisingly this walking tall has some good action scenes but besides that the acting is a bit campy and its overall storyline is weak.

A no-nonsense action flick. Kevin Sorbo shoots some bad drug dealers in Texas this time around. And he wastes no bullets.

Was an okay actionmovie

A passable straight-to-DVD actioner, with 'Hercules' hunk Kevin Sorbo taking on a role played by Joe Don Baker and The Rock. There is nothing new here, just a retread of the action formula, where a lone ex-cop from the country has to protect his lawyer girlfriend when she is targeted by a gang of vicious drug runners. For an action fan, this one is OK, with decent enough action scenes and not too much story in between. Anyone else, stay away!
