What distinguishes Rogue from a zillion or so other shows about undercover cops is Grace's alienation from her fellow officers and even her own family, all of whom think she's nuts.
Over-boiled, over-violent, and overly abundant with sex scenes, Rogue is sure to click with hardcore cop-thriller fans who care less about plotting and characterization than the bang . . . bang . . . bang.
Dreary in tone and storyline -- and mostly dimly lit as well -- Rogue is a decidedly uninviting vehicle for DirecTV's first original scripted series.
By the end of the first two hours, events suggest that Rogue just might be going somewhere interesting.
Rogue has all the attributes of pay cable, but little of its depth and nuance.
Rogue is another dreary quest saga.
