Tv Season Info

THE FEED is a psychological thriller about our addiction to technology, our fear of what it?s doing to our brains, and our terror of having to live without it. In the near future, a high-tech implant connects us all to "The Feed." Every interaction, emotion and memory can be shared instantly. When strange and violent things begin to happen to its users, Tom (Guy Burnet) must do all he can to protect his family from his father's twisted creation. THE FEED tells a very human story about survival, family, and the lengths that you would go to protect the ones you love.

The Feed's length is a disservice to its central ideas, as its story is quickly spread too thin over the vast runtime.

At its core, "The Feed" is a relatable and human story about what we would do to protect the ones we love.

The Feed isn't really giving us a story that we can't read in thousands of articles about social media addiction already. And while the performances are all great, the show just doesn't feel like it's telling an interesting and fresh story.

Illustrates with unusual, unfortunate clarity how aggressive hipness can be its own form of naïveté.
