Tv Season Info

Interracial newlyweds and their three kids from previous marriages adjusted to family life in this interesting sitcom, which never reached its potential. Apart from squabbling among the children, Ron and Ellen Freeman had to deal with her cranky mother, who disapproved of their union. Fox promoted the series with the line `It ain't `The Brady Bunch'.' Cleavon Little replaced Frankie Faison for the show's second and final season.
