12 Years a Slave

Great film! enough said. :)

Dallas Buyers Club

The film i thought was really good. If it weren't for Jared's character it wouldnt have been as enjoyable. I loved his character! :) Can't belive how thin they'd both gotten for this, its defo not a good look for them, ew!

Its good, up until she looses it and is going a bit 'crazyy'. It's not really a horror, or scary, in any way. But its better than some other films i've seen recently.

Delivery Man
Delivery Man(2013)

Watchable, but its not THAT great.

Awesome film! I didn't think i'd like it cause future-istic films arn't really my thing. But i loved this. And i saw it in a Imax theatre, Braehead, which made it even more amazing - the sound and picture was so booming marvellous. Def gotta be one of the top films of the year.

Good drama. Pretty grim. Horrible how he treats her. But overall good story.

Pain & Gain
Pain & Gain(2013)

Great movie. Pretty crap murderers though lol. But pretty funny movie, and great eye candy for both men and girls ;)

Spring Breakers

Terrible ending. No wayy would that happen! 2 girls, no experience with guns, just walk out and shoot and murder a whole gangster squad? Ya right ok then. James Franco is unrecognisable as the rapper, when i first saw him, i thought it was Kid Rock! lol. I think that robbing they first did, to get the money for Spring Break, all went to their heads a little, and started to think they're a bunch o hard ass's now. So started hanging around with rapper Alien (James Franco) and started robbing more people. Btw why did Alien need to rob people, he's already a millionaire? He could have just gave some money to the girls. Anyways, I thought it was a okay movie, not great, but not the worst. And as mentioned the ending is BAD.

I thought this was a very good horror film. Defo different from your regular horror's. A guy that stalks, kills, and scalps women...and keeps their hair? lol. Lil wierd n creepy. But the scalping scenes were very grusome and some i couldn't even watch! I didn't get why he kept the hair, and stapled them on to his mannequins? The ending was a little confusing. Could have ended a little better.

Confusing. I'm not a sci-fi fan but my bf is, so i had to watch this. Thought it'd be kinda good since Tom Cruise is in it. But i just didn't get it at all, and didnt like it.

Scary Movie 5

Terrible, just terrible! Didn't LOL once.

Side Effects
Side Effects(2013)

I was expecting more viewing time of Channing Tatum :( The story does have a good ending. The women r both pshyco's!

The Purge
The Purge(2013)

I dont agree with the Pure Night rule (where your allowed to kill and do whatever the heck u want and get off with it for one night a year). I dont see it happening in real like, hmm lol. But the film did have a good ending :)

Not as bad as some of the bad reviews i've read. There are some boring bits but some kinda shocking bits. I wouldnt recommend this film if your planning a holiday abroad somewhere :s

The Great Gatsby

Not as good as its made out to be. I was expecting a bit more...just a bit more something to it. Leo Dicaprio was the only good thing in this film. And Cary Milligan is a lucky so 'n' so for all them kissing scene's with him grr!

The Descendants

Set in gorge Hawaii. Matt's (George) wife has a motor boat accident and ends up in a coma. Matt has to take care of his 2 young daughter. He ends up finding out his wife was having an affair with Brian Speer (the killer from Scream 1) who turns out he's married too! Bit of a drama, i wouldn't say its much of a comedy though.

Dark Skies
Dark Skies(2013)

Its not ur usual alien film. There's not alot of alien viewing, (but you do get some), not much of jumpy scary bits, but there's a lot of creepy wierd moments. The ending was a little surprising because you thought it was gona be the other kid. Even though it was a low budget film and no high paid actors in here, i still quite enjoyed the film.

I Give It a Year

Another rom com, but this is the total opposite of cheesy romance lol. Its about a marriage breakdown, and they both want to be with other people. Stephen Merchant who plays Danny, is the best/funniest character in it, but i thought you should have saw more of him in it.

The Ugly Truth

Same idea as The Proposal. I wouldn't say it was a romantic Rom Com, although there were some funny bits in there. If it weren't for Gerard it wouldn't be funny. Predictable ending.

The Innkeepers

Terrible, terrible, terrible! Wouldnt even call it a horror. It drags on and on. Once something does actually happen, it's barley even worth the wait. You see the ghost/zombie maybe about 3 times in the entire film. And a couple of people die but you don't even see them die! You see nothing! Total rubbish.

Bit wierd, and awkward. It wasn't much of a ha ha comedy. The murders were a little random. I expected the ending to be what it was.

Pretty good action film. Jason Statham doesn't disappointment. Good ending. Jennifer Lopez doesn't show up till half way through middle of film (not that she does much, thank god). I loved the way they thought of new ideas for each robbery. Brilliant.

21 And Over
21 And Over(2013)

I don't know why it got such bad comments and ratings, i didn't think it was that bad actually. It had some funny bits in there, Jeff Chang (played by Justin Chon) was the best character.

A Perfect Getaway

Surprise ending, you'd have never had guessed it was them! lol. And it made me wanna go to Hawaii! Those sights looked great :p You didn't see much of Chris Hemsworth though, which was a lil disappointing.

Pretty good horror film. It actually had some jumpy scary bits in it, and a lil surprise ending. Would def watch again.

Movie 43
Movie 43(2013)

The first 2 stories were good and funny, but after that i think it just went downhill :s

Bend It Like Beckham

I hate football but i actually liked watching this film

The Possession

Its the most decent horror film i've saw in a long time, so far. And i'd def watch it again.

We Need to Talk About Kevin

The film is so sloww! Felt so tired just watching it, it dragged on and on. And the ending was just a little disturbing.

This Is 40
This Is 40(2012)

Good characters, some funny lines, was a tad long though for a comedy. But i enjoyed it and would watch again.

Silent House
Silent House(2012)

This isn't a scary film, so i wouldn't call it a horror. I hear its supposed to have been shot in one take, if so, well done. The only bad thing i'd say is the camera guy coulda done a little better at holding the camera still! The film has a good little twist at the ending. I'd could probably watch this film again :)

Rock of Ages
Rock of Ages(2012)

If u like musicals u'll love this film. I didn't realise it was going to be all singing 'n' dancing. I thought it was just about Tom Cruise's character (Stacee Jaxx), with just him singing in it. But there's alot of famous people in this film, i.e. Catherine Zeta-Jones, Alec Baldwin, Mary J. Blige, etc, and every one of them sing and dance in it. But its more about Drew Boley and Sherrie Christian who are played by randoms, who i've never seen before.

Ice Age: Continental Drift

Good cast. I thought while watching it, this was going to be the final Ice Age, maybe end a bit differently. But it didn't. Still quite a good film though.

The Hunger Games

The Hunger Games are a nationally televised event in which 'Tributes' must fight with one another until one survivor remains. Sixteen year old Katniss Everdeen volunteers in her younger sister's place to enter the games, and is forced to rely upon her sharp instincts as well as the mentorship of drunken former victor Haymitch Abernathy.

The Cabin in the Woods

I thought it was rubbish, and confusing. I thought at first it was some sorta sick reality tv show, but it wasn't. SPOILER - I think it was about, u had to sacrifice people, to keep the monsters away, or the world will end? (to please the Gods). Total nonsense.

Lovely Molly
Lovely Molly(2012)

Newlyweds Molly (Gretchen Lodge) and Tim (Johnny Lewis) move into her deceased father's house in the countryside, where painful memories soon begin to haunt her.
Lovely Molly is a disturbing, tension filled and, at times, violent movie.
'Lovely Molly' isn't so lovely.

Magic Mike
Magic Mike(2012)

There wasn't enough dancing and stripping in it for me :p
I thought the whole story (not including dancing/stripping) was kinda boring and rubbish to be honest. Little disappointed. There is no full frontal either's, just a lot of crotch grabbing, butts and bare chests.
The film follows Mike (Tatum) as he takes a young dancer called Adam 'The Kid' (Pettyfer) under his wing and schools him in the fine arts of partying, picking up women, and making easy money. But then Adam is seduced into the sordid side of the club â" drugs, alcohol and casual sex â" much to the disapproval of his judgmental sister Brooke (newcomer Cody Horn) to whom, of course, Mike is attracted.
I found myself drifting away, and only paying attention to it when the dancing started, lol.

The Tall Man
The Tall Man(2012)

When her child (David) goes missing, a mother (Julia) looks to unravel the legend of 'The Tall Man' a person who allegedly abducts children.
There is no slasher, mutant monsters, or aliens that rape women in it. I would say this isn't all that horrifying or thrilling. There's a good twist near the end of the film though. Its a like confusing, and wierd.

This is NOT a horror. It wasn't the least bit scary, and it wasn't even funny. Its just bad! And time travelling in a mascot bear, wtf? It made no sense. Plus the whole Freaky Friday thing where her mum and the daughter switches bodies. Its just stupid.

V/H/S tells the story of a group of petty criminals who go around filming themselves being general scumbags and causing trouble however this isn't enough for them and they want to up the stakes so they step up and take a job to steal something for a decent amount of cash. The job is to break into a house and steal a single videotape, a seemingly simple task so they head off on the job with their usual cameras powered on and recording. When they arrive though they find that there's a pile of videotapes not just one and so they begin searching through them to find the tape they need, and while watching them all there seems to be some startling surprises!
V/H/S is a bunch of short scary stories in one film! It'll leave you wanting to see more!
Scariest film i've seen this year.
It is a little confusing in some bits though, i had to google some of it up.

The Three Stooges

BAD BAD BAD! This is total slapstick comedy crap. Me and bf had to turn this off the first 10-15 mins into this film. Its just TOO slapstick, childish, comedy.

Der Tunnel (The Tunnel)

The start of film started off pretty boring, i didn't think i'd be interested in it. Its like a documentary film, where the actors are talking facing the camera, and they're being interviewed about what they saw, etc. It eventually gets a little more better though. Its about a journalist and her crew who go searching about in an abandoned train tunnel in the heart of Sydney. They soon end up finding some creepy freaky stuff!

Kill List
Kill List(2012)

Wot the heck is this film about?? I was totally lost and confused as to what was going on, and it has the worst ending ever. And it got a 6.2 on IMDB? pfft! As if.

If you love Family Guy and American Dad, you'll love this. Seth McFarlane who writes for those programmes written and directed this film. He is also the voice for Ted. It has Seth McFarlane humor all over it. There was alot of famous faces in this film, and some funny bits. But no LOL bits for me.

10 Things I Hate About You

A film that doesn't get old. Alotta funny moments. I loved seeing Heath again, (RIP x). I love the music in film aswell, at the prom and during the credits. Can't believe Larisa Oleynik is 31 now! (man i feel old).

Take Me Home Tonight

I thought it was a good comedy film.Decent cast. Loved the 80's theme.

Emergo (Apartment 143)

Nothing you havent already saw before in a haunted house film. People floating, items moving, lights flickering. There wasn't much jumpy scary bits. But an okay film.

My Sister's Keeper

I didn't think i'd like this film, but i thought it was quite good. I don't think it should be allowed though to conceive another baby to take blood and organs from it for your other child. She should sue!

Doug (ie Seann William Scott), is hired to fight in a hockey team, not to play. He's "the nicest guy you'll ever fight". The only thing i really enjoyed about the film was seeing Seann William Scott :p

I thought there was going to be some sort of twist in the end, like it turned out to be the cop that was the kidnapper, but it wasn't. It was just some random guy, wtf? But apart from that, the film was good.

Project X
Project X(2012)

Bunch of lame, average guys end up becoming kewl and popular after an awesome out of control partyy :p

The Divide
The Divide(2012)

Survivors of a nuclear attack are grouped together for days in the basement of their apartment building. The nuclear attack isn't ever explained. The ending is terrible, and again not explained! A slightly disturbing film aswell.

Paper Man
Paper Man(2010)

I was expecting this to be a funny superhero movie. But it was neither funny, or a superhero movie! Not a bad casting. Best part would have been the last half an hour of it.

The Hot Chick

Fun film, quite film. Rob Schneider's great in it, and Matthew Lawerence is just HOTT!

The Devil Inside

I thought the film was not bad. A little creepy. I wouldn't like their job! I still don't know if it's based on a true story or not. I didn't like the ending.

The Vow
The Vow(2012)

Married couple, both end up in car accident, wife looses memory and doesn't know who her husband is. Little cliche. She can only remember her past life, where she was in law school, her old fiance Jeremy, and all her old friends, etc. Leo her current husband has a hard time making her fall back in love with him all over again. It ends well though.

We Bought a Zoo

Its not really a chick flick like i thought it was going to be. Not till the very end anyways. The film is just mostly about a widowed guy, with his two kids who move location and find a perfect house the only catch is, the house comes with a zoo. Him and his staff manage to re-open the zoo. Scarlett Johansson is zookeeper.

This Means War

Fun film. There's a bit of chick flick but also action. I can't decide which guy i'd choice. I like a bit of both. I'd like Chris Pine's looks with Tom Hardy's personality :p lol

American Reunion

A finally decent American Pie again, about time.

Dawn of the Dead

Started off good, story happened quite fast. But i ended up falling asleep cause i thought it was boring in the middle. Bf said it was supposed to get better, but i'll never know now.

21 Jump Street

Got told it was rubbish, but me and bf thought it was quite good and funny.

Enter Nowhere

Not bad. I wouldn't call it a horror, or anything, there's not blood and gore. Its all about a spooky cabin in the woods in the middle of nowhere, and these 3 strangers randomly appear in the cabin one by one. And what they don't know is they all have something in common!

New Year's Eve

Good cast, alotta celeb's. Rom-com. Was expecting it to be a little better with the amount of celeb's in it.

Knocked Up
Knocked Up(2007)

Love Seth Rogen films, and he's his usual funny lovable character in this film. End's up getting Alison (Katherine Heigl) pregnant after a one night stand.

Half comedy, half drama. Has some moving sad parts, while he's going through the cancer. Seth Rogen provides good humor. The film has a bit of a love story too.

The Adventures of Tintin

I thought this was rubbish! And i think kids will probably fall asleep to it too, just like me and my bf did. lol. (and he liked The Muppets Movie!)

Columbus Circle

Abigail (Selma) never goes outside her apartment, and doesn't interact with alot of people. She only really talks to her Dr over the phone, and the Concierge by letter. There's a murder across her apartment, so police are investigating and are wanting to talk to Abigail. The house ends up being sold to a young couple - Lillian and Charlie. Charlie isnt a violent drinker (or so we believe!). Spoiler Alert! - her Dr, and the young couple are all planning to rob Alibail of her millions of money. Trust no one!

The Woman in Black

Quite good. A good few jumpy bits. I didn't really get the ending though? Was it a happy ending or not? :s

The Muppets
The Muppets(2011)

RUBBISH! Too much singing. Not really for adults. Not a bad caast though, some famous faces in there.

Jack and Jill

Not a bad cast, Katie Holmes, Adam Sandler, Al Pachino, Johnny Depp. But a crappy storyline - find his twin sister a man.

Crazy, Stupid, Love.

Good film. I like the fact its not your usual cheesy lovey dovey rom com. Has a good cast, Steve Carell and Ryan Gosling are funny, Ryan is HOT! and gets a lil topless in a scene.

I thought it was shi*t and fell asleep half way through it

Straw Dogs
Straw Dogs(2011)

Spoiler - It finally started to get interesting when the rape happened, but then nothing was even done about that, and the story totally changed from being about the couple to the hanicapped man, what the heck was that about? The man accidently suffocates the girl, whos trying to take advantage of him i think, but then yet again nothing was done about that! The couple accidently run over the simple guy and break his arm, so they take him back to their house and call an ambulance. Then the girl whos dead's dad is wondering where she is and finds out shes with the simple guy, and then theyre all burning down the couples house, cause thats where the guy is, then its all horrible deaths from there. You don't hear anything about the rape after when it happened. A ambulance doesn't even come after they called for it, for the guy with the broken arm. Its just a bad story, it goes from one story, to a completly different one.

Oh good ending. Just when u thought he got away with all the money! ha ha!

Never Back Down

If you like hot guys, with their bodies out, with a bit of fist fighting then i recommend this.

Aww happy endings. Fun film for all the family!

In Time
In Time(2011)

Time is money. U need time to live, once it hits 0 u instantly die. So to survive u work to earn time, or u can exchange with people their time, to receive more time for yourself.

The Sitter
The Sitter(2011)

Wasn't all bad, Not as good as i was hoping it'd be. Had a few chuckles.

The Ward
The Ward(2011)

Its not that scary, and has a confusing ending. I had to check wikipedia to confirm everything and even then i thought its still not that great lol.

Paranormal Activity 3

Has spooky goin on's, never get to see any ghosts though :(

Don't Be Afraid Of The Dark

If the monsters were one big monster it might have been a bit better, and more grusome. But instead its a bunch of little tiny funny looking monsters, so it makes it less scary. The story itself turned out to be not bad though.

Not Another Not Another Movie

Was so rubbish we turned it off about 15-20 mins in.

A Good Old Fashioned Orgy

Quite funny. Took a while to get to the orgy, but it does happen, there's barley any nakedness.

The Thing
The Thing(2011)

Not a bad film. Its about an alien who can replicate a human, so it can take over a humans body.

Law Abiding Citizen

Brutal deaths. But i loved it!

The Adjustment Bureau

A sci-fi film i actually liked. Its about a man who meets these unual group of men who are like messengers of God, i'd say. They adjust, and sort out your life, make sure everything in their schedule is going to plan. Matt Damons character meets a women, but he's not supposed to meet this woman, so these agents do everything they can to make sure Matt Damons character stays away from her.

Fright Night
Fright Night(2011)

Not frightening, but has some humour in it, and has sexy Colin in it. I was surprised to see David Tennant in it.

Tron Legacy
Tron Legacy(2010)

Rubbish. Not my kinda film. Too confusing. Guy goes into a game/program, searching for his dad. But in the end how does he manage to take the girl, an .iso programe out back out into the real world with him??

Larry Crowne
Larry Crowne(2011)

Rom-Com. Has its funny moments, Tom and Julia make a gd pair.

Ghosts of Girlfriends Past

Rom-Com. Some funny parts now and again.

Mr. Popper's Penguins

Its better than i thought it'd be. I'm a big Jim Carrey fan, and i had to see it. I watched it with bf, and he was NOT looking forward to watching it with me, he thought it was going to b crap. But he ended up laughing while watching it, and told me he thought it was alright (but i think he thought he was just a lil bit better than alright). And i think kids will luv it, and probs want to buy a penguin after watching it :p

Horrible Bosses

Funny film. Love Colin and Jen's characers. Colin and his hair is just funny on its own lol.

Not reallllllyy scary, but does have spooky moments.
I loved the ending too.

Attack the Block

Starts off as life as we know it...a bunch of neds mugging a innocent woman of her purse and jewlerry.
But then a alien invasion starts, and and they look like hairy giant bears!
Low budget, no famous faces. Overall a rubbish film.

Final Destination 5

The deaths were more grusome, which was good. But overall the film i thought was really boring, and i dosed in and out of sleep throughout.

The Change-Up

The begining of the film was the best, and funniest.
Ryan's character (Mitch) plays a bit of a loser, and is employed as a light porn star (unfortunaly u don't see him nude :( And Jasons character (Dave) plays a hard working busy lawyer, and loving dad.
They end up getting pissed one night, and switching bodies (a little bit like Freaky Friday). Great film.

StreetDance 3D

In order to win the Street Dance Championships, a dance crew is forced to work with ballet dancers from the Royal Dance School in exchange for rehearsal space.

George Sampson, Flawless, and Diversity from Britains Got Talent star in this.

Friends With Benefits

The best part was Justin Timberlake getting his body and ass out! The funniest part was when Timberlake and Kunis's charters have sex for the first time, lol :p Like any other RomCom its a happy ending!

True Romance
True Romance(1993)

Brilliant cast, alot of famous faces, you don't get to see them all for very long though. Mobster film, guns, killings, drugs.

The Inbetweeners

Its just like an long episode of Inbetweeners. I'd say the very start and end are the funniest parts. Should have maybe had more funnier bits in the middle but overall a great film. :D

Super 8
Super 8(2011)

Not as good as ET! U barley saw the alien. He was some giant robot spider. Who needed metal and electricity for his spaceship. I loved their own wee movie at the end though during the credits.

Rise of the Planet of the Apes

Loved this film, and the monkey Cesar, is adorable as a baby chimp and i love it when the monkey laughs teehee. But the effects of the film is amazing, and the intellegance of the monkey is incredable. The only downside of the film (well my bf's downside) is that there wasnt enough violence, and that no1 really got killed by the monkeys.

Piranha 3-D
Piranha 3-D(2010)

Didnt watch it in 3D, but i was glad to see Kelly Brooke die lol.

Big Nothing
Big Nothing(2007)

Started off quite funnny, thought it would be like that throughout film, but wasnt. Was a surprising ending, i thought maybe they'd all get caught, or there would be a happy ending where they'd have the money. But was neighter.

Bad Teacher
Bad Teacher(2011)

Not very ha ha funny, but a few giggles here and there.

Best part - the car wash
Funniest part - the dry humping.
Fave Quote - "hold my ball sack"

Bad acting from Russell. Wasn't funny in the slightest.

Jack Falls
Jack Falls(2011)

Terrible. I ended up not watching the last half of film, and sleeping. From the start of film i knew it was going to be rubbish. The film is in b/w with some colour now and again.

Two British comic-book geeks traveling across the U.S. encounter an alien outside Area 51. Quite funny, the only funny thing in it was the alien tho.

She's the Man

Amanda Bynes isn't that good an actress. But Channing Tatum's hot, and there was quite a few funny bits in it, so that makes up for it.

"Girls with ass's like mine do not talk to boys with faces like yours" - lol. i'm gonna use that one lol.

Kung Fu Panda

Po the Panda finds himself chosen as the Dragon Warrior despite the fact that he is obese. A fun film for all the family.

The Hangover Part II

The funniest part was when he shagged the woman with balls, lol!

Quite entertaining. Little wierd at begining because someone else has his identity. The end explains all. I prefer Taken though, as there's alot more action in that.

Disney's fairy tale Rapunzle, with her magical long blonde hair, has been trapped inside the tower all her life by her so called mother. But runaway Flynn, or Eugiene, has came across her and helps her find who she really is. Fun for all the family.

No Strings Attached

2 friends use each other for sex, but end up falling for each other. Not much of a comedy. Has some funny moments but not alot.

The Dilemma
The Dilemma(2011)

Good cast. Its a good storyline, its just not very laugh out loud. I'd give it between a 2.5-3 star. PS Channing Tatum is hot, lol.

It's a Boy Girl Thing

Same story as Freaky Friday, aka two people hate each other and end up body switching. Only its two high school teenagers. Can see the plot coming a mile off, however it is quite funny.

How to Train Your Dragon

Well no animated film will beat Toy Story. But this one had a good story, with some gags, emotion, and a good ending.

Single White Female

Allison gets a roomate, called Hedy. Who seems perfect, but she is actually really crazy! and is a lil nfatuated with Allie. She soon starts dressing and acting like Allie (freak). Allie soon finds out that Heady has some dark secrets.

The Fighter
The Fighter(2010)

Great drama, and sport. Christian Bale's character (the junkie), was quite entertaining to watch. Mark Wahlberg is as sexy as ever. Good story.

Boring. Not for adults.

Little Fockers

Great same old cast, including Jessica Alba this time. Hopefully this is the last Focker film lol. As it wasn't as funny as the first one.

Just Friends
Just Friends(2005)

Ryan makes a good fat man, but a even hotter slim man :p

Sleeping with the Enemy

Laura Burney (Julia Roberts) is a married woman living in a beautiful home by the beach on Cape Cod. Her husband Martin (Patrick Bergin) is a handsome and wealthy investment counselor who is also very possessive, abusive, and controlling.
To escape Martin, Lauraâ"whom Martin believed to be a non-swimmerâ"plans and fakes her own death at sea in a storm while the couple are boating.

It's Complicated

It was complicated, ohh what to do??
Not a lot of lol moments, but it was funny, just wish it was a lil funnier. And it was slighty long (2 hrs). But i wish i was going out with someone who was an architect, or a chef!

Lots of action. A great film.

The Full Monty

Six unemployed steel workers form a male striptease act to earn some money.

Superhero Hancock has a bad image and his recent friend, Ray is trying to repair that image. Hancock then finds out his friend, Ray's wife is actually his own love interest, and she also has super powers!

Repo Men
Repo Men(2010)

Its about a couple of Repo Men, who work for an artifical organs company. And they will actually cut u open right there and then, and reposses the organs if you haven't paid up. And leave you for dead.

This film was good, until about 30 mins to the end, lol, kinda confusing. Little bit gory as well.

John McGill is about to start secondary school in Glasgow, where he hopes to continue his fledgling academic career. But his dysfunctional home-life, where his father is drunk and violent, his mother is anxious and repressed and his brother is always in trouble with the law, conspire to thwart his chance of a better life

Not a bad film, but not a great film. If u don't understand the Glasweign accent maybe you shouldn't watch it. And it has such a bad ending, what the hell was that about?

The Bodyguard

Who was the killer? lol. Did he shoot the right guy? There was 3 creepy wierdos!

Friends With Money

After she quits her lucrative job, Olivia finds herself unsure about her future and her relationships with her successful and wealthy friends.

The Good Girl

Justine (Aniston) is bored and fed up with her everyday life, and her pig of a husband, Phil (Reilly), who is constantly stoned and infertile. She ends up having an affair with the new guy at work, Holden (Gyllenhaal). Phils pal ends up catching the two at it and wants something in return from Justine - sex. Justine ends up pregnant, but who's is it? lol.

An alright film, kinda slow, not much of a love film, no humour in it. Good casting.

17 Again
17 Again(2009)

If i could go back in time i would!
His friend, Ned, I think is the funniest character in this film. Quite a funny film, and Zac just looks HOT HOT HOT in shades and a leather jacket. The cars also in this film that him and Ned drive are SO to die for! (Audi R8 & Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder) :p

Circle of Eight

Crap horror. Confusing ending. No one famous in it. Not worth seeing again.

Despicable Me

When a criminal mastermind uses a trio of orphan girls - Margo, Edith and Agnes - as pawns for a grand scheme, he finds himself profoundly changed by the growing love between them. Suddenly finding himself responsible for something other than his own wicked schemes, Gru may just go from bad to dad.
This film offers a few modest laughs, not alot, and sweet moments due to the kids.

Black Swan
Black Swan(2010)

A ballet dancer wins the lead in "Swan Lake" and is perfect for the role of the delicate White Swan, but slowly loses her mind as she becomes more and more like the Black Swan. Portman's character ends up hallucinating and is confused with what is reality.

Quite alot of famous voices, such as Owen Wilson, Fergie, Waynes Bro's etc. Wasn't great, but wasn't terrible. Its kinda like the film Cats & Dogs.

Love and Other Drugs

A Comedy Drama film based in the 1990's.
Jamie (Gyllenhaal) got fired from his job, for sleeping with the managers gf. He then manages to get a job as a medical representative. He tries to get doctors to prescribe Zoloft, instead of Prozac. He then meets a patient of one of the doctors, Maggie (Hathaway), who suffers from early onset Parkinson's Disease. He arranges a date with her, which lasts 10 mins before they start having sex. And after that its all sex, nakedness, etc.

The Switch
The Switch(2010)

Kassie, is a single woman who uses a sperm donor to have a child. What she doesn't know is that her bff, Wally, swap's her ideal sperm for his.

This is an average film, with not alot of laughs, or love scenes. Its mainly all about her son Sebastian, who's a lil cute wierdo. Happy ending as always.

Lovely ending, catchy songs, great kids film.

Dinner for Schmucks

When he finds our that his work superiors host a dinner celebrating the idiocy of thei guests, a rising executive questions it when he's invited, just as he befriends a man who would be the perfect guest.

The dinner party didn't happen till the very end. There was a few laughs, mainly all from Steve Carrell's character. I also thought the film was a bit too long (2 hrs).

Megamind (Will Ferrell) is a blue lightbulb-headed uber-genius, shot down from the stars. Unlucky for him, he reaches Earth at the same time as another, cuter alien baby Metro Man (Brad Pitt). Who ends up being his arch-nemisis.

Not the best animated film i've saw. I didn't laugh out loud once. A little disappointed, considering the famous cast. I expected a little more.

The Back-up Plan

A romantic comedy centered on a woman who conceives twins through artificial insemination, only to meet the man of her dreams on the very same day!

Not a very Laugh Out Loud film, it had its moments. I did like the pram idea though, and that pillow looked SO comfy lol.

This film is about a divorced and depressed man falling in love with a woman. Things get complicated when the woman's clingy 22-year-old son comes into the picture.

127 Hours
127 Hours(2010)

Based on a true story. Aron Ralston was hiking in the Blue John Canyon in Utah when a dislodged boulder landed on his right arm and trapped him for five days!

The Karate Kid Part II

Barley any fighting in this film. Doesn't compare to first film!

The Karate Kid

I never get tired of seeing the ending.

I Am Legend
I Am Legend(2007)

Loved the whole Will Smith going a little insane talking to mannequin's. I was gutted with what happened to the dog! Sad ending, but good.

A Nightmare on Elm Street

Never really liked any of the Freddy's. And this film was just terrible.

This film is about Paul (Ryan Reynolds), who is a contract Truck Driver, working in Iraq. However, he's being held hostage and is buried 6 ft under, in a coffin! The Iraq's r wanting money off Paul, and he has little time to do it in. Paul, then tries to phone ppl for help, with a low signal, and battery life. Wlil he make it!??

I quite liked this film despite its just about a man trapped in a box, troughout the entire film. It doesn't show you how he got there, and it doesn't show you anything else other than him and his box. Its quite a gripping movie, and frustrating. You can see Ryan's character about to break, as he holds a knife to his throat! It has a good and shocking ending!

Dirty Dancing

Classic movie, i never get tired of it. Makes me feel like dancing when i watch it. Patrick Swayze is super HOT in it.

Elf is a human, who doesn't fit in with the other elfs. He finds out he's adopted, and goes in search for his father who lives in New York! Who doesn't seem so pleased to see him.
Its a fun family Christmas comedy. The first half of the film was a lot more funnier than the second half though.

Weird storyline. Its kinda like the Matrix, only not as good. The films about going into peoples dreams, so you can steal information, etc.

Sorority Row
Sorority Row(2009)

What a cruel prank to play on sum1 lol. Then it all turns horribly wrong. It's a bit like Scream i thought.

Scott Pilgrim vs. the World

This film was wierd. Its a bit like Sin City. Its like a comic book film. Which i hated.

The Scorpion King

Meh, I didn't really like it that much. Watchable, but a little boring.

Hollow Man
Hollow Man(2000)

Good effects. He should have explored more though of his invisibility, rather than just staying in the lab for most of the time

The Others
The Others(2001)

Surprising ending. Not the scariest of all horror's. There's no blood, no jumpy bits, no killings, etc. But it did keep you glued and there was a whole lot of creepy moments.

Letters to Juliet

I usually like the odd chick flick. But this was just a bit too slow and boring. They spend all their time trying to find Claire's long lost love called Lorenzo, and there's 75 Lorenzo's to go through. In the end the usual happens, she finds the guy, and its all happy endings. While they're looking for Lorenzo the (main character) Sophia falls in love with Claire's handsome son. The end.

Hard to believe i was 10 when this film came out! lol. I liked it alot more then than now. (Used to fancy Casper at the end when he turned human). I had no idea the guy who played Casper at the end was Alex (the main character) out of Final Destination, and Stan in Eminem's video!

Deep Impact
Deep Impact(1998)

Quite tearful when people r being chose to stay behind to die etc.

A good comedy gangster film.

Déjà Vu
Déjà Vu(2006)

Wierd film. Didn't really get the whole machine, which can look back into the past. The woman started off dead! Then they use this machine to save her from being killed (again). And how did she see that laser?? Doesn't make sense to me.

Not really a horror film. Its all about human genes mixed with animal dna (cell splicing). And creating monsters for medical research. Of course it all goes horribly wrong. Good effects on Dren the 'monster'. Creepy looking thing, but you can see it eventually looking more and more like a human...with a spikey tail, and wings, and kangaroo like legs lol.

The Other Guys

Quite funny. Funnier at the start. Will and Marks characters (Allen and Terry) r great throughout. Allen is a geeky, sensible cop who likes his job, and his stunning wife is Sheila (Eva Mendes!). But he doesn't think she's HOT, and tells her to change coz she looks like a 'hobo' lol. Not only does he have a stunning wife, ALL women seem to fall for him. Whereas Terry is single, hates his job, and Allen irratates him and can't understand hot he got such a 'hot' wife!

Grown Ups
Grown Ups(2010)

Good fun family film. I expected a bit more though.

Cop Out
Cop Out(2010)

I loved Seann William Scott's character in this, he's so funny.

Cute film, with a sweet ending. Obviously more entertaining for kids.

Liar Liar
Liar Liar(1997)

Goofy comedy with Jim carrey. Cheesy ending.

I Love You Phillip Morris

True Story. Luv Jim Carrey films. I loved the begining of this film, it was probs the funniest of the film. Watching Jim as a camp gay, he actually suits it! He's a lil con artist, because he thinks gay life is too expensive. Then once he's caught and in jail, he breaks out soo many times, by impersonating being a doctor or lawyer, but always gets caught! He also falls in love with Ewan McGregor while in jail!

The Haunting in Connecticut

Lil wierd. But i luv true stories, specially scary ones lol. If i found a mortuary in my basement tho i'd b realllly freaked out.

Dead Man Running

Great ending. Good gangster film.

Big Daddy
Big Daddy(1999)

Its a great comedy about the cutest, sweetest kid ever!

Clash of the Titans

Not the kind of film i'd normally watch. it was better than i expected. My fave monster was the woman snake thing where u couldnt look into her eyes or you turn to stone lol.

The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo

This film is soo sloww and tiring. And i had to watch it with English Audio because it was in a different language, which was off putting.

Catch Me If You Can

I luv Tom Hanks films. His character in this film was great, as ever, and very funny! And i luv Leo's character too, such a wee liar but very good at it! He makes it look soo easy lol. One day he's a Pilot, then a Doctor, then a Lawyer! And poor Brenda :(

Knight & Day
Knight & Day(2010)

A bit like Killers only alot more action.

Fun film to watch. Ashton looks well fit in this film, bulging popping abs and pecs lol.

Remember Me
Remember Me(2010)

I liked the ending of this film, it was quite surprising and sad. And when Pierce Brosnan's character (Charles) finally gets closer to his little girl Caroline (Ruby Jerins), after being so distant for a long time and they're holding hands, its a little emotional. The rest of the film though i thought could have been a lil better.

The Twilight Saga: Eclipse

Bit better than the other Twilights i thought. I liked the fight scene with all the werewolfs. And i loved the Jake topless scenes lol, which there was quite alot of!

Youth in Revolt

Didn't laugh once. And ending was rubbish. The badder self of him tho is slighty funny tho.

Invasion of the Body Snatchers

A few famous faces in this. Their bodies have been took over by some sort of alien. The aliens have duplicated their bodies, and once the original body sleeps, it decomposes. Wierd.

Toy Story 3
Toy Story 3(2010)

Great film. Nothing beats first film though. lol. But this is funny, and the ending is heartbreaking. Andy's all grown-up and out grown his toys! Oh no!

Shrek Forever After

I thought it was good. But not as funny as the first. It does however have some good funny bits though.

She's Out of My League

A very funny rom-com about a average joe, who falls in love with a beautiful blonde. He thinks he doesnt stand a chance because he rates himself a 5/10 and thinks shes a 10/10. And i think his friend in this film (Mike Vogel) is hot. lol.

Toy Story
Toy Story(1995)

Can't beat the first Toy Story!

Dear John
Dear John(2010)

I just liked this movie because Channing Tatum was in it lol. I didn't like the girls storyline in it - one minute with him, then with another, then back with him coz guy dies? Its a bit like Pearl Harbour don't u think?

Steve Austin doing the only thing he can do - fake fighting.

The first hour was crap, and i fell asleep but my bf stayed awake and watched it and told me it was 'meh' and he gave it a 2/5 and said it was on for wayy to long. He also says John Cusack is a brilliant driver in it lol (because he drives his limo like a race track driver when the world is crumbling).

The Descent 2

Don't get the ending. What the hell what that man about with the spade? Overall though, Was a gd film, just like the first one really.

The Bounty Hunter

Thank god i didn't get to see this on my bday. It was disappointing and a lil boring, not very ha ha. Still an okay film to watch but i expected it to b more lol yi know.

I loved this movie! There was comedy and action! brilliant. And i LOVED 'Hit-Girl', she was the best, the film wouldn't have been wot it was without her. She's a brilliant lil actress. Woo!

The Fourth Kind

I really liked this film, I found it very convincing. Those voices were freaky, and the floating! I'm a believer! But i always believe these kinda films lol.

The Blind Side

Wasn't as good as i'd thought it was going to be. But was still a good story.

Harry Brown
Harry Brown(2010)

Not a bad film, i wasn't expecting to like it, but i did. But i wanted a bit more from it.

I lost interest after a while. Its kinda like a Sims game except its reality. Ur controlling ur own robot, to do ur own daily routine.

You, Me and Dupree

Wasn't the best ending. some funny moments, but shoulda been slighty funnier.

Quel maledetto treno blindato (The Inglorious Bastards)

its mostly all in french, which is annoying. and it has a crap ending! least they burned down the cinema, that was the only good bit, and the only violent bit in the film.

The Invention of Lying

This is the way the world SHOULD be lol. Imagine, no lies, and all the crimminal's would b behind bars etc.
