Carter Blakely's Movie Ratings - Rotten Tomatoes

Movie Ratings and Reviews

The best Transformers movie in the franchise. Highly supported by Hailee Stienfield, and it feels like the classics that made the Transformers action figures popular.

A great movie for the DCEU filled with amazing VFX and good old-fashioned fun.

Goodbye Christopher Robin

Amazing casting, genuine storyline, and powerful message. Goodbye Christopher Robin is one of the best family films yet.

Nice action sequences. Makes me think that the situations and the action are all that keeps the movies afloat for me.

Best faith-based film of 2015!!!!

The Emoji Movie

I thought it was an OK of a movie. To be fair, this is the best way make a movie about emojis. Not that it's the best movie, but it's the only way to make a movie of emojis. The humor was all over the place. Loved that. It was not the greatest movie, but I enjoyed it.

Tommy Boy
Tommy Boy(1995)

Hilarious with the perfect cast. Except for the girl at the pool.

Black Sheep
Black Sheep(1996)

One of the funniest movies I've seen!

No humor, nothing likeable. This was absolute garbage.

Meh. No likeable characters. Sloppy plot. The only enjoyable thing about this movie is the action.

The Last Samurai

Perfect foreign Tom Cruise movie.

Avengers: Infinity War

(inaudible gasps throughout)

Hacksaw Ridge

Ultimately, the best film ever made by Mel Gibson. Loved it!

Mary Poppins
Mary Poppins(1964)

Beautiful effects for the 60's. The plot, characters, music, and choreography sticks to what Mary Poppins really is.

Boring toward the rest of the movie.

Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle

Hilarious. Loved the action in this movie. Great all-star cast!

The Greatest Showman

Outstanding soundtrack. The greatest musical I have ever seen!

Batman and Harley Quinn

I think that the second half of the movie was way better than the first half.

Shrek Forever After

This Shrek movie is way better, because it is flat-out, not a Shrek movie. it is a fan-fiction.

Shrek 2
Shrek 2(2004)

Hoodwinked! is still better.

Hoodwinked! looks better.

Monsters vs. Aliens

Is the President from Mad Magazine?

The Prince of Egypt

The best DreamWorks film. Beautiful animation, all-star cast, excellent storyline, gorgeous soundtrack.

The Little Mermaid: Ariel's Beginning

Um, I'm not sure this movie should've existed. It's too busy contradicting the original movie.

Cinderella II: Dreams Come True

This would be better as a TV show.

Cinderella III: A Twist in Time

I actually very glad this movie exists. It's pretty well animated and pretty hilarious. The prince finally has a personality, The Stepmother is truly amazingly wicked. Love it!

The musical that fits its world, setting and story. Lovable characters. I can't think of a single thing wrong with this movie.

Super Mario Bros.

This really doesn't resemble the video game that well. The story is absolute garbage, the villain is not that interesting. Dennis Hopper is, but not the character. I just think that if I worked on that movie, I could do better or anybody else.

Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Across the 2nd Dimension

Hilarious. The best Disney Channel Original Movie in years. I seriously hope this show is popular enough to earn a theatrical release.

I Can Only Imagine

Truly Inspirational, with heartwarming scenes that just fit well with the movie. This movie must not be missed.

Hilarious, at many moments.

It was a fun, hilarious animated movie. I just thought it was good, but my dad said it could have been better or worse. I thought the humor was great, so go ahead and see it if you haven't already and think about how you feel for Ferdinand.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi

The best Star Wars movie, better than The Force Awakens. I say go check it out! There was a lot more humor than usual, which I found very nice and the tension in seeing it the first time was epic. There were amazing action sequences that Lucasfilm accomplished very amazingly. I just hope they do the same for Leia in Episode IX, considering her unexpected death. What I see in the movie is balance. There is balance with Rey and Kylo Ren, there's balance with the Force, the light and the dark. It is accomplished very well. So like I said before, go check it out. You will not be disappointed.

Thor: Ragnarok

The most fun, hilarious, and entertaining Marvel movie in years!!!

Trolls Holiday

It was a fun and a pretty weird short film. Some of the Trolls' holidays are kind of freaky, some weird, and some enjoyable. But the little kids would like it. A lot of adults would be like, "Okay, let's watch something else." But I thought it was fun to watch and to entertain.

Justice League

Great DC movie, visuals: fantastic! Story: I can accept. I was excited for Superman, although, it makes Superman's death in Batman vs. Superman pointless.
